Terms & Conditions of Warranty
- The customer must notify the company in writing or by contacting the helpline promptly if any defects are noticed and provide the company or its authorized agent with adequate opportunity to inspect, test, and remedy them.
- Warranty will not be applicable if the device is not installed according to the specified procedure.
- The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or providing replacement parts found to be defective. Repair charges of ₹300 are applicable.
- Repair and inspection charges will be collected by the executive whenever a visit is required for repair services.
- The company’s liability under this warranty shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the price paid by the customer. This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
- Consumables including Pre-Sediment Filter, Pre-RO Carbon Filter, Post-Carbon Sediment Filter, RO Membrane, Micro-Filtration Membrane, and Post-RO Carbon Filter are not covered under warranty. After-sales service and maintenance are chargeable.
- A 1-year warranty is provided for electrical parts such as the Booster Pump and SMPS (Power Supply). Replacement of electrical parts will be sent via courier, but the technician’s service charges must be borne by the customer.
- The plastic body of the product is not covered under warranty. It must be handled carefully to avoid breakage.
- The warranty is void if the unit is not operated under normal municipal or well-water conditions or if subjected to temperatures above 40°C.
- Any disputes related to the purchase of water purifiers shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore (452006).
- Under no circumstances shall the liability of the purifiers or its authorized service providers exceed the product’s value.
- The purification capacity of 12-13 liters depends on the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level of the raw water (up to 250 PPM) and the incoming water pressure.
- For service and maintenance, after-sales service is chargeable. Customers are advised to contact the company’s customer care for assistance.
General Terms
- This warranty does not cover damage or other issues arising from external/foreign materials such as dust, insects, ants, or pests entering the water purifier. Customers are responsible for keeping the purifier’s surroundings clean.
- Warranty for electrical parts is provided directly by the seller. If an electrical item such as SMPS, motor, or any other component is faulty, the seller will be notified on the customer’s behalf. Replacement parts will be shipped via courier.
- This warranty service is applicable only within specific regions, such as Delhi NCR. Once the replacement part arrives, the company’s team will assist with installation.
- Apart from electrical parts, no other components are covered under warranty.
